TO BOOK A ROOM:
1. Check that there is a bungalow available for the period you wish to stay from the availability calendar.
2. Under the bungalow heading, click on the box next to the date period that you require.
3. You will be directed to the shopping cart for a secure payment site.
4. Check the bungalow type and time period are correct. Remove any not required.
5. Change the 'quantity' to the number of nights you wish to stay and click on the update button.
6. Check the total amount displayed, then either click on 'continue shopping' or 'proceed to checkout'
to continue through the process for making payment.
7. Airport / Ferry pickup is also available. The cost is 500 baht each way, payable at Auberge.
8. After you have booked the room send an email to info@aubergesamui.com to confirm:
- Your full name
- The date of your arrival and the flight / ferry details
- Your departure date and departure flight / ferry details.
Optionally to speed up check in on your arrival, you can include:
- Full names of all guests
- Passport details of all guests
A re-confirmation email will be sent to you within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled within one month of arrival - No Refund
Reservations cancelled with 2 - 6 months of arrival - 50% Refund less any bank charges
Reservations cancelled over 6 months of arrival - Full Refund less any bank charges
Early Checkout / No Show Policy
Any refund will be at the Managers discretion.
